Orders usually ship within 48 hours of payment. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking code via email. If your order was placed more than 48 hours ago and you have yet to receive a shipping confirmation, please connect with a High Flyer using our live chat or via support@thehighflyer.ca
The High Flyer ships any where in Canada. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to the United States.
High Flyer Media sources apparel from a variety of vendors and as a result, you may see shipping costs increase if your items are coming from multiple vendors
We believe in complete transparency with our pricing and want our community to know we are working diligently to reduce shipping costs and consolidating the number of vendors we work with to source our merchandise.
If you need to cancel or change an order, we recommend doing so as soon as possible before your order is fulfilled by our team. Orders can be cancelled from your account page by selecting the icon next to the shopping cart in the menu bar.
Should you need to modify an order, please contact our team via live chat or at support@thehighflyer.ca and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes provided the order has not already been fulfilled.
You can also update your address information for future orders by updating your profile within your account.
